Link the new post from a page Google already visits often, keep it in your sitemap, and request indexing once. Then leave it alone.
Find pages no other page links to, then link each one from your three strongest posts. No paid crawler needed.
Refresh one old post that lost clicks: fix what is outdated, answer the new questions people ask, and update the title and links.
