Before you hire
Before you hire, look at their portfolio on real sites and open those sites on your phone. Ask who builds the design after it is approved, how many rounds of changes are included, and whether you get the source files. Every listing here was opened and checked by hand. Prices are not shown because they change; each listing only says how the business charges.
